Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers in Eastern Europe.

Where does KEMIA BOTANICALS ship to?

We ship to the U.S. and soon will ship to other countries in Europe. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries or regions where it is illegal for us to do so, such as those under trade embargoes, in war, or conflict zones. Additionally, there may be limitations for delivery to islands or areas without fixed connections, where global freight units do not typically deliver.

What are the shipping times?

The delivery times with our carrier span 2 to 6 business days (clearly indicated when placing the order). Factor in our warehouse processing time, typically 2 days, workload-dependent. Peak activity periods may slightly increase processing times.

How can i track my order?

To track the delivery of your order, you can use the tracking link sent to you via email. Alternatively, you can also access the tracking by using our website.

I will be absent at the estimated time of delivery, what do i do?

If absent, carrier leaves package at your doorstep or in mailbox or will give delivery notice for collection at post office or pick-up point. Email or SMS notification is sent upon delivery. 10-day window for parcel collection.

My package is lost or stolen, what should i do?

If you have not received your order, please contact us and state the reference of your order.

We will make an enquiry with the carrier to obtain more information about the location of your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or sold, we will find appropriate solutions together. Please be advised that our processing times are generally 15 days.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days following the receipt of your order. Products must be intact, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

For orders shipped outside of European area, the costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please add a document with your name and order number on the package.

How are KEMIA products tested?
Formulation Process

The formulation process begins by consulting guidelines from ingredient suppliers about the recommended usage and concentration for each ingredient. Sometimes, we even test several hundreds of samples to decide on the best formula.

Cruelty-Free Testing

We believe that beauty should be cruelty-free, which is why we don't test (and never will) on animals. Instead, each product is tested by volunteers who share their skin’s reaction after testing and provide their subjective evaluation. Both are taken into account when refining the formula.

Laboratory Testing

After a product is created, it undergoes rigorous testing in a laboratory. This includes measuring various physical and chemical properties, determining stability and expiration date, as well as studying and defining standards for storage. In accordance with the law, each product is tested by a qualified chemist to ensure it complies with safety and consistency tests. We also send the items to external labs to make sure that the chosen preservatives work well throughout the validity period.

Batch Consistency

We also check the physical and chemical properties for each batch we manufacture. This ensures that the product from production is consistent with the approved version from the laboratory.

Do KEMIA products contain alcohol?

Not all alcohols are created equal, and not all are bad for the skin – each ingredient in our formulas have been carefully evaluated to ensure it is safe to use.


However, majority of products have some traces of alcohol since most plant extracts (except in oil products) are made using alcohol-based extraction methods.

Even though there might be no alcohol and/or alcohol derivatives listed in ingredient list, we can’t claim the products are actually alcohol-free.

Are the fragrances natural?

Yes - we avoid synthetic fragrances. Our fragrance compositions are 100% vegan, crafted with natural aromatic substances, and free of phthalates or other synthetic preservatives.

Do products contain palm oils?

We do not include pure palm oil in our products. Trace amounts may be found in other ingredients. Our goal is to eliminate palm oil due to controversies. Any traces are RSPO certified.

What is product's shelf life?
